WHEN ARE THE ASSESSMENT FEES DUE?

The association assessment fees are due on the first of every month, quarterly, semiannually, or annually on a due date set up by your association's Board of Directors. Pay your assessment fees online by simply logging in and paying them through the website!  Be sure to set up your online account by selecting the "Account Registration" button at the top of the page.

HOW DO I ORDER A CLOSING LETTER?

Send closing letter requests to www.homewisedocs.com.

HOW CAN I REQUEST A MANAGEMENT PROPOSAL?

Send your request to sandy@integrityamg.com.

WHO DO I CONTACT IF THERE IS AN EMERGENCY?

For emergencies situations that may include plumbing, roof leaks, weather-related damage, or what to do after a fire. Contact our office at 770.886.7577. Leave a detailed message with your community name, phone number and extent of damage. A staff member will contact as soon as possible.

WHAT ARE THE CC&R'S?

The Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R's) are the governing legal documents that set up the guidelines for the operation of the planned community as a non-profit corporation.  After registering for your online account (via the "Account Registration" link at the top of the page), the Associations Documents are available online to all owners.
